To participate in the Creek 1 Kayak Course, you must
- actively swim in white water and save yourself.
- Be in overall good health.
- sure class III whitewater (e.g. Lower Ötz, abseiling route of the Soča, Loisach and Brandenberger Ache: Wiesklamm).
- master the Whitewater Roll (at least 80% roll-up rate).
- Have experience in belaying.
