To participate in the Creek 1 Kayak Course, you must

  • actively swim in white water and save yourself.
  • Be in overall good health.
  • sure class III whitewater (e.g. Lower Ötz, abseiling route of the Soča, Loisach and Brandenberger Ache: Wiesklamm).
  • master the Whitewater Roll (at least 80% roll-up rate).
  • Have experience in belaying.
  • Driving on WW IV independently and safely
