Whitewater Roll

The roll on the river opens the way into more difficult white water.

This course is about transferring the role from standing water to flowing water. In doing so, we specifically address the psychological aspects in order to build trust in one's own role. We start in stagnant water and slowly feel our way to more difficult exercises. In doing so, the personal difficulties of each and every one of us are dealt with in detail.
Because if you dare to practice more, you learn faster!

The course for all those who can roll on the lake and still get off at the river too often.
